Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection Skills
This qualification provides the foundation of that which is absolutely essential for a good audit and inspection, and is intended for use by employees that are, or intend to be, involved in practical auditing or inspection of food premises. This includes internal or third party auditors, enforcement officers and persons responsible for verifying HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems. The main emphasis of this qualification is placed upon practical inspection and auditing within the workplace and the necessary skills thereof.
