Auditing and Inspection Skills

The qualification is intended for use by employees that are, or intend to be, involved in practical auditing or inspection of food premises, including internal or third party auditors, enforcement officers and persons responsible for verifying HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems. The main emphasis of this qualification is placed upon practical inspection and auditing skills within the workplace.
