In our experience, most food hygiene consultants have solely a scientific background, rather than catering industry experience, and therefore do not fully understand the day-to-day pressures of running a busy food-service business, whilst practically implementing food safety legislation. We, have both. Our team include professional chefs and caterers with ‘hands-on’ experience in a variety of sectors within the industry, including Michelin starred restaurants, event catering, conference centre and hotel management, public sector teaching and food hygiene implementation.
